About the Business

Having left school in 1996 after completing his A-level exams, Robert opted to join a local firm of accountants in Ashford to learn the trade as a junior member of the accounts team and gain his written qualifications at the same time. During this period he obtained a sound basis of accounting techniques and business strategy.

Robert qualified as an Accounting Technician in 1999 and moved to a larger, five partner accountancy firm in Ashford as an accounts senior, where he was exposed to a greater range of clients from sole traders to medium sized companies. This enabled him also to have more client contact and gain more knowledge of the client’s business.

Moving to his third accountancy firm in 2003 in Maidstone as the Accounts Department Manager, Robert gained his qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in November 2004.
