About the Business

Tindell Grant & Co was originally formed as a partnership by Stephen and Patricia Grant. The founding partners never intended to set up in practice on their own account. They both trained with large CA firms then left the profession to broaden their experience in a variety of commercial organisations. It was six years after qualifying before they decided to go their own way and risk embarking on a new business venture. They are still partners today along with Marita Scott who joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner 4 years later. Marita's background is somewhat different, training with a medium-sized firm then joining Tindell, Grant & Co three years after qualifying.

These three are also the directors of Tindell, Grant & Co Limited which today handles virtually all of the practice business apart from audit work which is still carried out by the partnership.
