My wife and I put a tenant in our flat for the first time 6 months ago. The tax office has now said that we will have to do a self-assessment. Both of us. I don't really know about this stuff so am looking for a price please to have it done. I am currently waiting on two small pensions to start as I’ve just turned 55.
