Bookkeeping:

Our aim is to give you freedom by dealing with the day-to-day grind of sorting out your business paperwork. You can scan your invoices and send them to a pre-agreed email address so that we can feed them straight into Xero. We can also set up an automatic feed into Xero from your bank account so that transactions are automatically posted.

Expenses and receipts can be scanned on your phone and automatically sent through to us. We will review all transactions, make adjustments, reconcile accounts and provide you with periodic reporting.

Accounts & Tax:

The accounts and tax support from The Smart Accountants ensures that your financial information flows seamlessly from data capture, through bookkeeping, to management accounts and final accounts and tax returns.

Monthly or quarterly management accounts are available and we will deal with Corporation Tax returns and personal tax returns for directors. We will manage the relationship with HM Revenue & Customs in respect of all your taxes.

Payroll & HR:

We can set up your payroll on Xero and manage the whole of your payroll process for your employees. As a Bacs Approved Bureau we can also make employee, HM Revenue & Customs and third party payments for you.

We make sure that all RTI submissions are filed on time and deal with Pensions Automatic Enrolment which is integrated within your payroll service. We deal with your pension provider, submitting reports and payments.

Starters, leavers and changes to employee terms can be dealt with by our HR team, along with producing Staff Handbooks and Policies.

Companies House:

We deal with Companies House on your behalf by completing and filing Annual Returns, maintaining the Statutory Registers and creating Board minutes.
